“I would like to take this opportunity to write a testimonial on the positive experience that I had working with Chad Castellanos at Gold Pay. 3 years ago my wife and I had a handful of gold items that were looking to sell as we no longer had a need for them. I scheduled an appointment online for the next day to sell a couple gold coins. They promptly contacted me with a quote. The price was pretty similar to what I would expect to get on ebay after shipping and the site's cut, but much more convenient! Do note: it's not a jewelry store but an ad hoc appointment, and they really appreciated my showing up on time. Would do business with them again!

They have a bunch of scrap gold on a scale in the photos but they don't buy anything but coins and bars. Pretty misleading.

Worst experience I ever had from an appraiser! My solid gold chain didn't have a chance! He said "what do you have" in an already annoyed tone?! The chain was already on the counter...I said "it's a necklace I'd like to sell". He picked it up and and said "we're not interested". I know that's DEFINITELY NOT how this transaction is determined! So I asked him why? Being it is all pure gold, even the clasps? He then rudely said "because we're just not interested". Ohwell, God will hold you accountable for your racist decisions jerk!!!
